I'm 27, live in Chicago, and I've been drinking single malt scotch, bourbon, and rye for about 5 years. I also enjoy craft beer, wine, and most spirits & liqueurs. I enjoy movies, music, cooking, and playing soccer. After being laid off from my architecture job last year, I have decided to enter a 15 month accelerated culinary arts program at Kendall College. Perhaps it's time that my obsession with food and spirits starts making me money instead of draining my bank account.
