App- Pours a clear Sauternes yellow. Thicker legs.

Nose- Similar to Uigeadail with thick honeycomb, yellow apple, thick bacon fat, and a lot of wine-like structure between savory fat, bright fruity acids, and sweet vanilla and honeycomb.

Taste- Silky, rich, vibrant with bitter/tannic structure, sharp white pepper and spiced dessert, thicker bacon. Very calm, smooth, drinkable. Very tame, no aggressive peat character.

Palate- Soft, silky, nice bittering and balance.

So similar to the Uigeadail, but that one is such a temperamental pain in the butt. This is softer and easier to enjoy. Let it breathe a bit more and it could turn into one of the all time great.s
