Peerless Distillery Peerless Rye Whiskey

This is a well balanced rye despite being just two years old. There are sweet tones of rye, some brown sugar, a hint of eucalyptus and even a light citrus sweetness. The finish is fairly long with oak, sweet rye and honey.
