This Teaninich – with a Racing Car on the label – is a joint bottling of the German The Whisky Agency and the Japanese Three Rivers Tokyo. The cask yielded 258 bottles at 50% when bottled last year. Excellent nose flirting with tropical fruits. Banana, kiwi, dried mango. Very soft and elegant spiciness. This whisky smells prominent, if you know what I mean. Oh, divinely delicious. Spicy, white pepper precedes a panoply to yellow fruit. We are still in the tropics and there is a lot of orange and pineapple. Reminds me of Littlemill for a moment, imagine that. In the medium finish, the herbs and fruit play tag. I think I just sipped my tastiest Teaninich and this was only my tenth!
