I like to write my reviews spontaneously - basically I write them as I'm tasting them rather than from notes. However I'm no ultra-connoisseur; I just write my tasting notes down and pick out whatever flavours I can. Above all though, I just like to enjoy the stuff. Therefore don't expect technical analysis - just thoughts and opinions :) Sláinte.
