I suppose you could call me a whisk(e)y partisan or hobbyist at very least. I have been a toiler of the liquor industry for about seven years functioning most of that time as a consulting wine steward. It is surprising how many of my acquired wine skills helped me as a whisk(e)y drinker. I love whiskies as much, if not more than wine and this holds true for both.
