Before an introduction to single malts, my world was one of U.S. or Canadian-blends in mixed drink format. A close friend introduced me to single malts 25+ years ago, and my whisky journey began. Then a trip to Ireland followed shortly thereafter, and a love (or weakness) towards Irish whiskies followed. That passion has since grown to include many international whiskies too.
