I'm very new to the world of Whisky. A few months ago I was listening to a podcast (not whisky related) and they mentioned Buffalo Trace Bourbon. I figured I would find a bottle on the way home. Several months later I find myself with growing interest in all things Whisky and seem to be annoying my wife with over fifty bottles. Not sure where this journey will take me, but I'm enjoying the ride so far.

I have been to Scotland, but I was about 12 and don't recall consuming any Scotch at the time. :-(
