Amrut Single Cask Pedro Ximenez LCBO only

I then bought a bottle and tried it again - still good but not quite what I remembered. In any case, it is fairly pricey - I do like it but not sure it's worth the price. I prefer the Fusion...

I took notes at the same Master Class at SOT and I agree with @talexander that it was very good.

Of the 5 expressions it was my second favourite.

My favourite, also available at the LCBO but not exclusive (I think I saw it in Calgary last winter but it no longer shows up on liquorconnect.com) was the peated Cask Strength. Ashok had us nose it, then warm the glass and nose it again. It was awesome. Then the taste...the flavour exploded in my mouth. It

If I had to get any of the ones showcased at the master class, it would be that one. Unfortunately I missed it when it was released and it's all but sold out in the GTA. There are a lot in London and in a few stores in Ottawa. I saw 6 available north of Toronto and I would consider making the trip.

Don't take it all. My friend has promised to pick me up some and he's a boxer (he even won a batch once...) so not one to disappoint....
