The nose suggests peat in light smoke consistently throughout. It is full and rich with a unique sweetness original to Uigeadail. Fresh seaweed flows underneath it all.

The palate is heavy and oily and tames down this cask strength spirit. Smoke from the nose come through with more intensity and the sweetness lies in the peat. Black licorice and orange pith flirt and fade leaving a cloud of smokiness that lingers for a long finish.

A fantastic dram! Fit to please the most demanding palate.
