Auchentoshan 2010, 10 y.o. Single Cask, Sherry-enhanced

Another one of Andy's bottles! My first impression was of a lawn in summer, definitely fruits and a bit of nut. Slightly pheolic but in nose only. On tasting, there was some caramel and toffee, more fruits, this time my impression was pears. Definitely mellow! The finish was long and dry with a touch of sharpness which surprised me! All in all, a good after-dinner treat.
