I have been tasting some Balcones back to back and this has the best nose yet. Rich, full, sweet, vanilla, oak, liquorice. Citrus notes.
Palate: Smooth, pepper bite, syrup, dusty, oak, vanilla, warming rum.
Finish is fairly long,dry spices, stewed plums.
