Nose: Really nice and simple. This smells "golden": honey, light rye, vanilla, sweet shaved wood. More rye. Simple, but very good. With time caramel covered green apples (or very acidic red).
Palate: Simple and straightforward here, too. Caramel, honey, vanilla, rye spice, and some wood. Really nice.
Finish: Well balanced with decent wood, though generally lighter with a good rye presence. Almost a bit of bubble-gum and cotton candy. B/B+
Short notes here because it really is just simple and straightforward.
