Bunnahabhain Signatory Vintage '97 13 yr old

Upon adding water this went very cloudy. I know this can happen with NCF cask strength but this is the best example of it that I have seen.

Aged in two hogsheads for 13 years before being bottled. A release of 588 bottles of cask strength, this is 248 and has been open for well over 18 months.

Nose.

Smokey, salty, fruity with melon and citrus

Palate

Sweet honey, salt, peat, very soft in the mouth,

Finish

Long, smokey, wonderful.
