Hi @JoeVelo, 30ml seems to be the standard size for sample swapping. A glass bottle with a plastic closure would probably to be the best solution. There is a good wholesaler which @WhiskyNotes recommended here in europe www.ebottles.eu but I'm not sure about North America.
Do you want to reuse the bottles over and over?

@JoeVelo I use glass vials which hold 40 ml maximum, and use plastic screw caps. I store them in a 112 mm x 112 mm x 125 mm plastic food storage/organiser type of container with a thin plastic lid. This container will hold 12 of these vials conveniently, or 10 vials and two small funnels for pouring. This works well as both my travel sample pack, and my storage pack for samples I have received from others. The outer plastic containers will also stack well, if you were considering longer-term storage. In Maryland I bought both sample bottles and outer containers from The Container Store, a large container retail vendor.

I want to create a pool of whisky with some of my friends and family. Someone buys a whisky and share it with others by filling clear glass bottles with tags. I want to buy bulk bottles for the matter. Do you have any suggestion for the size, shape or material of the lid ?
