Nose: Sweet, with wee balsamic. Raisins dipped in liquor. Wood. Cherries kirsch, and hints of smoke. Palate: Starts bitter sweet with quite some wood. Coconut, on top of apple crumble, some smoke. Menthol and Ginger, Getting sweeter. Finish: raisins. Dry. Cocoa cigar leaves, and oak.
A very interesting ‘Bunny’ quite complex and enjoyable. Price point is also not bad and at CS this is a really addition to any whisky bar. Very nice.
