I happened across a bottle of this in a gift set at my local liquor store about a year ago, in December. It was intended to be a gift to a friend, but it just so happened that about a week before Christmas we had a big falling out due to personal issues (his fiance), and I ended up keeping the bottle for myself.
The nose is very citric, almost lemon/orange peels, accompanied by almond paste and honey. It has a nice light body as I expected of Glenmorangie. On the palate it is a bit citric, with some notes of honey, orange zest, clove, almonds and spice; almost buttery in it's approach.
The finish is fairly long, but rather bland and boring for my palate, it's almost too light in flavor. Not atrocious or something I would say stay away from like the black plague, but not something I would jump up and down to buy again. Definitely not a whisky for someone who likes bold flavors; this is all about subtlety.

Just about sums it up perfectly.
