Continuing with my Jack Daniel's journey, the just-came-to-Canada Tennessee Honey liqueur is not a favourite - mind you, I'm not a liqueur fan at the best of times, anyway. Thick syrupy body (as expected), light honey-golden, with the peppery Jack Daniel's aroma smothered with, well, honey, which is dominant throughout. Palate also has some citrus (mostly lemon, but a little tangerine). A little water gives it more of an Old No. 7 taste, bringing out the oak and charcoal. Very sweet, mellow finish.
