Relatively new to the Whisk(e)y rodeo, but obsessive about learning more. Knob Creek, Makers Mark, Elijah Craig 12yr. & Jim Beam Black are my daily go-to Bourbons, Laphroaig (10yr & Quarter Cask) are my favorite scotches. For me Macallan(12yr) is vastly over-rated and most of the J. Walker lineup is "avoid at all cost".
