@olivier great choise with GlenDronach 12yo or Yamazaki 12yo, these two have recently become my daily favourites.

I have two drams that deplete faster than normal for me: one being Laphroaig Quarter Cask, two being Buffalo Trace. Two very well priced whiskies with very enjoyable profiles.

This is a "fluid" situation but my current daily dram choices are HP12 and Ancient Ancient Age 10YO Single Barrel Reserve. Nice differences in flavor profiles.

Favourite daily dram? That shifts all the time for me. Today: Chinaco Anejo tequila, followed by Ardbeg Uigeadail, followed by a vatting of the two. The vatting is surprisingly good, actually.

@Victor ...I would have never thought of vatting a tequila and a Scotch. What do you call that concoction, a Whisquila? You are the master educator Victor!

Macallan 18
I know its a safe and boring choice, but its just too smooth.

@HP12 , I like that, "Whisquila". Today the vatting was a spur of the moment idea. The bottle of the Chinaco called, then the siren song of the Uigeadail, then...mystical at-one-ment of the two beckoned....

I have not one, bot some favorite daily drams... But if I have to choose one, ok. Today is Teacher's. The best relation between price and pleasure...

I find myself reaching for the HP18 lately when I can't decide what I want. Usually follow up with an Ardbeg 10. I could live with either of those on a desert island.

Mine is , and has been for a while, Te Bheag. And to change things up , I'll go for a Jim Beam Black once in a while.

I most often reach for Glenlivet 18, HP 18, or Lagavulin 16. With that said, I recently opened a JW Green Label and I've reaching for this quite a bit!

@Peatpete If you need to be budget concious (like me!) try Teacher's, as I said before, the best relation between price and pleasure!

@Silas why waste good Lagavulin trying to make something else taste better? ThAT'S almost sacrelidge to the Lagavulin!

@yossiyitzak LOLwell, simply because of financial reasons, i tend to keep my everyday dram, something more affordable. So far i love the Highland Park 12 and Bruchladdich 2nd edition. if i could afford it as a regular daily dram it would probably be Oban or Lagavulin

@mateusmendes I think Teachers is a really good blend. It's one of the blends my dad used to pick up and then splash in a little drambouie for sweetness. it's what got this girl hooked on smsw!

Some of my favorite daily drams are like the stable mature oaks on Lake Michigan, while others resemble the ever-changing sand dunes surrounding the oaks. I have favorites in most subcategories, and favorites in rums, whiskies, brandies and yes tequila too ! And even more than just having favorites ... it all about choice for me :)
But real favorites must be those that are empty or running on fumes... LaSanta, Jura Superstition, Springbank 10, Bruichladdich Rocks, Jura 16, Mac 12, HP 12, Longrow CV, Bunnah 12, Auchen 3-Wood, Ledaig 10, Talisker 10, Laga 16, Laphroaig Qtr Cask, Ardmore Trad Cask, Black Bush, Michael Collins Sing Malt, Ardbeg 10, Bulleit Bourbon, Evan Williams Sing Barrel, Jack Dan Sing Barrel, Saz 6, Centenario Anejo tequila, Santa Teresa 1796 rum, Ron Centenario 20 rum.
