Nose is liquorice, toffee, chocolate fudge and bubble gum. Long lasting on the palate with just the right burn. This is of course the secret of this whisky. You need to add just the right amount of water. Too little and it's too hot. Too much and you water it down. This is a tricky whisky but if you land the mark, it's heaven. Took me numerous tries before I saw the shear beauty of this nectar. Long finish that will give you pleasant dreams. Nighty night!
