I am a physician, a musician and a whisky lover. My taste in whisky has changed during the years; from a true bourbon fan, attracted to more delicate tastes, I have become more and more exited by the stronger tastes that challenge my conception of "good" and "bad", "pleasent" and "unpleasent". I am a big fan of blind tastes, they never fail to surprise me. I have learned a lot about the "taste of price and prestige" from sipping an unknown or unnamed drink.
