Nose: a sweet, heady aroma. Baked goods, apple pie with cinnamon. Deeper down, oak char.
Taste: big, full-bodied flavour starting with apple skin, moving into sweet spices and then the oak char, before some late bread-like yeasty notes emerge. Very drinkable.
Finish: relatively calm and short, with some pleasant lingering spices.
Balance: everything I hoped it would be. Less intense and more direct than Knob Creek, yet it doesn't come across as young or rough. It tastes like good-quality bourbon to me. Makes a superb Manhattan. Value-wise, a repeat buy for sure.

@Megawatt, good review. I've had some Beam Bonded, and it is quite solid. Good bourbon for a small price...though not as well-priced, as, say, Evan Williams White Label Bonded.
