Glenfiddich 15, not as good as I had hoped. Next up, Glenfarclas 12, hoping you'll be better.

I finished a Bunnahabhain 12 as the last one, the 40% version of it and I liked it a lot, very gentle and warming and it goes very well in a warm chocolate with cream :)

Finished the Caol Ila 18 yesterday... It´s like saying goodbye to your girlfriend, knowing you won´t see her again for a while. It doesn´t feel good! So In the meanwhile I´m gonna look for another comparable girlfriend to keep me comfort while she is gone

Bushmills Black Bush was finished on Saturday night as part of my St. Patrick's Day 'pre-celebration'. A very nice bottle that will be a returning resident to my cabinet at some point. The last pour really presented the grain whiskey component in a very nice, sweet manner.

An Ardbeg 10yo. Thank you Santa! I enjoy drinking Ardbeg and always think somewhere into the dram that these guys really play the game: That they love making Whisky and they have made it just for me; and that's a great feeling, not unique to Ardbeg I'm sure, but I see it more often from this Distillery and of course, I keep going back for more!
Slainte!

I said good-bye to several bottles after this long weekend (shared with friends) - Four Roses LE 2012 Small Batch, George T Stagg, and my Yoichi 15. I also had some Glenmorangie Ealanta, but no one went back for seconds on that one.

Not sure if it counts or is disqualified on a technicality, but I traded my more than halfempty Cragganmore 12, Jura Superstition, and Chivas 12 bottles for a near-full bottle of Ardbeg 10 a friend bought and didn't like. Score for me! So I lost 3 bottles, though technically didn't finish them.
I haven't actually finished a bottle since around Christmas (an Ardbeg 10, it so happens)

Finished off a bottle of Redbreast 12 on St. Pat's day. Also finished some GlenDronach 12, Balvenie 14 Caribbean Cask, and Buffalo Trace within the last 10 days.
Replacement bottles were at the ready for all of the above.

Have a bunch of almost gone bottles I decided to finish off as I've been picking up some new stuff lately... And there are a few bottles I want to get soon...
Tonight I finished a chieftain's Bunnahabhain 22 yr. 51%, liked it enough that I have another bottle standing by...

Not so much finished as dumped... a 2011 Stagg and 2010 WL Weller, both of which have been low fill for a very long time. They were extremely oxidized, having lost all but tannic, bitter wood. Live, learn, and open a new bottle.

Just finished W.L.Weller 12 yo 2012 and Rock Hill Farms 2011. The Weller is an honest pour and currently available. Rock Hill - simply brilliant - unfortunately no longer available in my jurisdiction...Eagle Rare substitution.

Not looking to set a record but I just finished two bottles, Woodford Reserve Master's Collection Four Wood, and the Compass Box Peat Monster. Both really good drams. :)

@NilsG Sure, I can make it a sort of mailorder bride haha. No but serious, I can send her if you want. she charges €52,- for about 23 sessions, but I have no idea how much her flight costs. She excels in oral pleasure btw :p

Glendronach 15 Revival...sigh. There are a few more heels to finish off to make room for some summer whisky. Assuming, of course, the nice weather ever gets here...

Finished off a bottle of Ardbeg 10 last night. Its spot on the shelf has already been filled by a bottle of Uigeadial.

In the last couple of days: Clynelish 14 and HP12. After a couple of months, the last drams of the Clynelish lost some of the spicy oomph that I tasted when I first opened it.In any case, I'm looking forward to my next bottle of Clynelish--which I will definitely gas with Private Preserve after a week or so.

Blanton's Original Single Barrel and it was simply delicious: 'Costs about Au.$64.00 at my cheapest outlet but worth every penny! Aussie prices are prohibitive on most of the top notch Bourbons i.e. W/T Rare Breed Au.$71.00, Booker's $90.000 and Parker's Heritage Collection, a massive $140.00.

Aberlour 16 DC was finished how it began, with friends. It will be missed, it was one of the few bottles I've had that has made me have no problem spending a little extra to acquire it again.
